In June, 2003 with forces of Yerevan bureau IIZ/ DVV, Commercial and industrial chamber of Republic Armenia and AE service providing organizations in Armenia were organized days of education of the adults in Yerevan. Within the framework of the given measure the exhibition AE and number of thematic seminars - discussions has passed. During discussions it was offered to generate the certain structure capable to coordinate of action and to unit of effort of organizations, engaged in AE sphere

The basic purpose is the association of efforts of the partners for institualization and development of an effective system of education of the adults in RA, answering to the public, professional, cultural, social and moral requirements of the person in a modern society.
